Before co-creating the 1StepSystem, Rod Stinson worked for 14 years in the aerospace industry. He worked 60 hour weeks as a machinist for about thirteen years.

His job as a machinist simply was not creating the life envisioned for himself and his family so he began looking for another way to generate income.

What he found was mlm. It was something he could do from home that had the potential to generate a big income.

So Rod Stinson went to work and put a lot of energy into building his mlm business. His upline taught him the strategies they used and he implemented them. Rod worked diligently for four years, believing that his efforts would eventually pay off. To make a long story short....

They didn't. His efforts resulted in bankruptcy.

Rod Stinson and his wife lost their home and both of their cars were repossesed.

Now came a crucial point. He could return to the corporate world or figure out what went wrong, amend it, and drive forward.

Rod Stinson's wife really seems to have been a key person at this point. Rod says that even at their low point of bankruptcy, she encouraged him to press on following his dream. It would have been very easy, for her especially, to throw the towel in, but she didn't.

So, they sold all their jewelry to pawn shops to raise money. They worked odd jobs to keep food on the table. Rod Stinson and his wife did what they had to do to keep their heads above water, and Rod began to study what true marketing was all about.

After about a year of studying, Rod began to create marketing systems. His first system launched in the early 90's with a young mlm company. It utilized voicemail, fax, and conference calls.

In the first 30 days using his system, Rod Stinson enrolled 134 distributors. In the first 90 days, Rod had built the largest organization in his company and over a seven year period his organization sold over $250 million worth of product.

Needless to say, Rod Stinson became a millionaire. He achieved the success that he worked so hard for.

Since then, he has repeated his initial success with other companies, owned his own Network Marketing company, and owned a marketing consulting company. Then he decided to semi-retire at the age of 40.

After 5 years of living life on the beach, Rod Stinson decided to make a comeback. He wanted to experience his passion of helping people succeed. He did do some research looking for a company to get behind, but never found the right one. That's when he decided to contact his freind, an internet system architect, Chris Koehl.

Together, Rod Stinson and Chris Koehl created the 1StepSystem. Chris created the technical side of it - the website, interface, and the back office. Rod Stinson designed the marketing structure - how a prospect flows through the system.

They also put together The Ultimate Marketers Toolbox. This is the product marketed with the 1StepSystem. It designed especially for the beginner and teaches anyone how to effectively market the 1StepSystem. Rod and Chris continually update the back office with new products and audio feeds to serve as ongoing training.

There you have it, from middle America to rags to riches. Rod Stinson has experienced it all and returned to help people build the lives of their dreams.
